We are Murthy Immigration Services have noticed that the official website to schedule an appointment at consular posts across the globe (https://atlas.my.salesforce-sites.com) has been down since Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Attempts to login to the portal result in an error message, “Unable to Process Request, We apologise for the inconvenience caused”.

While no official press release has been made at the time of this writing, the portal being unavailable means that applicants will not be able to login and download their appointments, make new visa fee payment or use this portal to schedule or reschedule an appointment. This will be a great inconvenience for both non-immigrant and immigrant applicants.

The help desk has confirmed that they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve this. No specific or tentative timeline was provided for the resolution.
