The U.S. Consular Mission in India has recently added a separate module for U.S. Citizen Services in the visa application portal. This can be found here.

Moving forward, U.S. citizens seeking any services at a U.S. Consular Post in India must create a profile on the portal and schedule an appointment through this portal. Currently, the website only allows U.S. citizens to contact the consular post by submitting feedback. Based on the response from the consular post, we expect the portal to permit U.S. citizens to follow instructions to schedule appointments.

The portal lists the services available for U.S. citizens in India along with relevant links. The jurisdiction for each consular post in India is available on the U.S. Consular Mission to India’s portal here.

With this new addition, all consular services, including non-immigrant, immigrant, and U.S. citizenship services, have been unified under the usvisascheduling.com portal. We will continue to monitor and provide more updates as they become available.
