On July 24, 2015, we had reported that the visa application center (VAC) in Chennai was relocated to from Cenotaph Road to Kodambakkam High Road. This update can be found here.  One of our subscribers and follower of MurthyIndiaDOTCom brought it to our attention that though the address shows the building on the Kodambakkam High Road, the actual entrance for the VAC in Chennai is from the backside of the main building through “Subbarayan Street”. It is also important to note that the Building does not have any Signage to indicate that this is the VAC as of this writing. One of our Attorneys visited the VAC in Chennai recently and found this information to be accurate. One should look for the “Samsung Service Center” on Kodambakkam High Road and use the rear entrance through “Subbarayan Street” to gain entry into this building which houses the new VAC in Chennai.
