The Business Executive Program (BEP) was established in the 1990’s at the U.S. Missions in India. With effect from April 1, 2015, the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi and the Consulates in Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Chennai will retire this program. Effectively, all BEP log-in’s will be disabled. All appointments made using the BEP login will be honoured, even if the visa interview is scheduled after April 1, 2015.

After April 1, 2015, all BEP companies should make use of the regular channels on www.ustraveldocs.com/in to schedule an appointment. Visa interview slots currently reserved for BEP appointments would also be added to the regular appointments for all companies to use.

For urgent business needs, companies / applicants will have to visit www.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-niv-expeditedappointment.asp to request an emergency appointment. Any visa queries should now be directed through support-india@ustraveldocs.com.

It is important for Immigration teams to know and use the travel coordinator option to manage appointments for their employees. On account of this change, we foresee a higher demand for interview slots in the first few months until the BEP companies are more familiar with the regular process.
