In addition to the visa categories listed in the earlier article, now, U.S. non-immigrant visa applicants seeking to renew their H and L visas could avail this facility, if they continue to work for the same petitioner under the same classification for which the previous H / L visa was issued; they are applying for the visa at the same U.S. Consulate / Embassy that previously approved the visa; and the previous H / L visa should either continues to be valid or expired within the last 12 months. This facility is not available for Blanket L applications.
