Immigrant visa applicants also may create a profile and select a pick-up location by phoning into the helpdesk, reachable on +91 120 6602222 or +91 2267209400 (From India); 1 – 310 -616-5424 (From the US) (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday). Delivery of passports to one of 33 pickup locations is done free of charge. Alternatively, an applicant may opt to have his/her passport delivered at any address of their choice in India, provided the same is serviced by Blue Dart, by remitting INR 300/- per passport. A special counter has been set up inside the consulate / embassy to facilitate this.
