A notification on the official website of the U.S. Embassy, New Delhi indicates that with effect from October 1, 2010; the Embassy will provide improved, comprehensive and multi-lingual customer service through VFS’s New Calling center. The new facility will provide increased hours for queries which will be from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding US Embassy holidays.
