This is a reminder that the visa services including support desk are suspended from July 25-28, 2023. A new visa system is expected to be in place from July 29, 2023.

Key Changes

(1) The visa appointment system will get a new look and process flow.

(2) The new URL to schedule appointments will be https://www.usvisascheduling.com. Applicants can still visit https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ and choose India to be redirected to the new portal.

(3) Existing appointments will be honoured. However, applicants will have to create a new profile in the new system after July 29, 2023.

(4) Applicants who have paid fees and yet to schedule an appointment, will have to create a new profile and use the new scheduling system. The fee will be transferred and the fee need not be paid again.

(5) The email for support desk has changed to support-india@usvisascheduling.com. This email ID will be effective for both immigrant and non-immigrant U.S. visa related inquiries.

(6) The premium delivery fee is increased to INR 850 per passport / applicant. The new fee is effective even if the appointment is already scheduled and opted for premium delivery prior to July 29.

(7) The call centre will work from July 30, 2023.

(8) Biometric appointments scheduled during the closure will be honoured.
