The passport collection center in Pune (Sohrab Hall) is closed until further notice on account of a fire incident. An update on the official visa information website of the U.S. missions in India indicates that no passports or documents were damaged in the incident. Until this center is operational, a temporary passport collection / pass back center will be operated out of Courtyard By Marriott, Level 2, Pune City Centre CTS No. 37 and 37/1 (Next to Jehangir Hospital), I Bund Road, Pune – 411011. It is important to note that this temporary facility will not serve as drop box or INA 221(g) collection centre.
