This is to remind U.S. visa applicantion system will not be available from July 11 to July 14, 2023. An update on the U.S. Embassy India’s website notifies that the customer service center will be closed for calls, fee payments and appointment booking are temporarily suspended during this transition to the new platform.

Once services resume on July 15, 2023, U.S. visa applicants should direct any inquires to support-india@usvisascheduling.com (instead of support-india@ustraveldocs.com).

This notification also indicates that the email address and the premium delivery fee will be updated.

U.S. visa applicants will be able to access the system only after July 15, 2023. Effective July 15 2023, the visa services will move to a new system. Applicants should monitor https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ for latest updates on the new system.

If there is an emergency and one needs to travel to the United States, then, the applicant should contact the U.S. Embassy / consulate directly.
