Arrival/departure records and I-94s, going back up to five years from the request date can now be accessed online. The introduction of this feature is a boon to those who have filed requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to get information on their arrival / departure records and prior travel history. More information about this feature is available here.
We at Murthy Immigration Services have noticed that one is able to retrieve travel history beyond 5 years in some instances. In case you require a copy of I-94; we urge you to first try retrieving the same using the above link prior to making an application under the FOIA. It is also advisable to print and retain a physical copy of the I-94 and travel history for future reference.
