The visa-related questions are chosen between 11.00 AM and 1.00 PM IST and responded from 2.00 PM IST. By introducing this chat facility many applicants / prospective applicants get an opportunity to interact with the consular officer directly. This is a very thoughtful and useful feature and we encourage our readers to make use of this opportunity to interact with the visa officers directly on certain generic issues.
