Owing to the ongoing Lok Sabha elections in India, the U.S. Consulate and the Visa Application Center in Hyderabad will remain closed on Monday, May 13, 2024.

Applicants who have a scheduled interview waiver (drop box) appointment for May 13 at this centre should have received an email with instructions on the procedure to be followed. If no instructions were received, the applicant should reach out to the support desk to have this resolved. Regular services will resume from Tuesday, May 14, 2024.
